- All orders are Personalized & Customized especially for you, so please be sure to double check the spelling of your name, color selection, phone number & shipping address to ensure all info is entered correctly before finalizing your order at check out. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS MADE BY CUSTOMERS.
- No duplications offered on personalized or custom orders. Errors made on behalf of customers will not be honored. Duplicate products are provided only in the case that an error is made by us at Sassy Sips & Personalized Creations by Tasha LLC and will be mailed out free of charge at our earliest convenience. Duplications will not be made after 30 days of receipt.
- No deposits or partial payments accepted. All orders must be paid in full before order is filled. Customers are responsible for taxes and shipping/delivery charges on all orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No Cancellations and/or Personalization Changes on paid orders.
- Sassy Sips & Personalized Creations by Tasha reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate content or material.
- All orders needed "before' the standard 7-10 business day grace period will incur a $15 RUSH FEE per order as well as an additional Express Shipping fee if applicable.
- We are NOT responsible for shipping errors made by shipping carriers, but will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue
- .Our products are insured via our chosen shipping/ delivery carrier, in the event that a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at Sassy Sips & Personalized Creations by Tasha LLC, to file a claim with delivery carrier. Duplicate glassware will be provided & shipped free of charge.
- Normal Business Hours are: Monday- Friday 11am-7pm, Closed on Weekends & Holidays.
- Orders placed outside of our normal business hours will post to business calendar the following business day.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE
